Ever wonder why there are so many forms to fill offline and online as well as so many documents to produce when we try to make any claims (medical, dental, transport, insurance etc)? Well the point is to make the claimant feel so frustrated, lost and overwhelmed that the option of forfeiting the claim becomes more attractive.Damn whoever that came up with this idea.
