Come 2013, Singapore is going to hold the SEA Games. This year's IMF-WB ruckus has started the 4 million smiles campaign. So what are we going to do for this next big thing? 4 million winks?Oh, hopefully by that time, our population has increased a little, coupled with the influx of more foreign "talents". Perhaps 4.5 million winks?
