Bubbles All Over

Is it De ja vu all over?

This is ridiculous. Bad news for the hunters, good news for punters. Some say it is because of the IRs and the government's resolve in developing Singapore into the 'One' place in this globalised era. Others attribute it to the good economy. Whatever the reasons are, it is still too d*mn ridiculous that property prices are soaring. Is this a sign of another financial crisis (exactly ten years ago)? Just how high will prices rise?

What if the two IRs prove to be less profitable than one? Will people still be attracted to plonk their roots on this little red dot? With the current credit bubble bursting in the US, the Asian stock markets has been taking a lot of beatings. When punters lose their monies on the stock exchanges, will they still have the spare cash to buy and sell that piece of hot property? What if they don't? What about those who have committed to buy but had their monies burnt in falling share prices? Supply comes to a halt, demand starts to fall.

Prices? Probably its time gravity do some work? -_-"
